Ryan & Missy Reed - Owners
Married in 2006, they migrated south from
Indianapolis to Charleston in 2007. Missy, an Indiana
University grad, works full time in health-care while
Ryan, a Purdue alum, focuses his attention on the
Wag Factory. Since the birth of their daughter Kinsey
in 2009, Ryan has left the full-time operations to our
wonderful staff but remains very involved. Away from
work, you are likely to find Ryan and Missy at Folly
Beach, taking Kinsey to the park or hanging out with
friends and family.
"Our love for dogs and entrepreneurial spirit inspired
us to build the Wag Factory - a place where dogs can
come to play in a fun, clean, & safe environment. We
strive to give each customer a peace of mind knowing
their pets will be treated like family."

Ross Heath - Groomer
As of March 1st, 2011 we are excited for Ross to
re-join the Wag Factory team as our full-time Groomer.
He has been a Professional Groomer for over 2 years
and completed his training right here at the Wag
Factory back in 2009. When the opportunity to hire a
new Groomer came about, Ross was first on our list.
He is truly an "artist" with an eye for detail and a great
"gentle" technique.
Aside from dogs, Ross' other passions are Soccer,
music, and the outdoors. He is an avid fan of the
Tottenham Hotspurs of the Barclays Premier League.
When he's not watching or playing Soccer, you may
find him enjoying the beach, guitar in hand.
Ross is committed to making the grooming
experience great for the dogs as well as the owners. If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your service
please do not hesitate to let Ross know so he can
make it right.
